Join us on December 5th at 6 pm for an exclusive six-course dining experience at our new Raw Bar. Begin with local oysters, savor each course with expertly paired wines by Curated Selections, and finish with a delightful dessert. Only 16 tickets are available at $150 per person, inclusive of all food, wine, tax, and gratuity. Reservations are required for this special evening featuring local flavors, fine wines, and a look at our newest space!

First
Dressed Oysters – Our master of merrior, Lucas Hanagriff, will layer flavors on top of our best local oysters.
Cured Wahoo – rye, remoulade, pickled collard. Imagine the best bite of a Reuben sandwich.
Grilled Oysters – creamed leeks, Asiago, Ritz crackers. Our fattest half-shell oysters, chargrilled, creamy, and savory.
Smoked Wahoo – dill cream, sprouts, crispy capers. Thin slices of radiant wahoo garnished to make it light, crunchy, and fresh.
Second
Grilled Romaine & Focaccia – boquerones, Caesar, lemon. All the best elements of a Caesar salad, enhanced to the max.
Third
Crab Cake – potato puff, creole tomato. A new take on a Fleet classic. Savory, sweet, and so many textures come together for this one.
Fourth
Grilled Deckle & Poached Wreckfish – crispy oysters, roasted root veggies, roasted elephant garlic, citrus vinaigrette, demi-glace. The best parts of land and sea united and working together for a perfect finale.
