***Parking: There is a flat lot to the left of our building. Parking is $10 (credit cards only) a day, $5 for guests of Fleet Landing. Parking is also available in the garage across the street and several parking meters. The rate is $2/hr.
Accessibility: We are fully ADA compliant. There is an entry ramp, both bathrooms are ADA-accessible, and the restaurant is all on one floor.
Address: We are located at 186 Concord Street, Charleston, SC 29401 at the foot of Cumberland Street. We are a block from the end of the City Market, across the street from the Custom House, near Waterfront Park. **Currently, the building next to us is under construction, and the entrance to Fleet can be a little hard to find. Follow the signs and arrows to the walkway on the left side of the former parking lot!**
Allergies: We do our best to accommodate most allergy requests, but PLEASE make sure you let us know when you make a reservation, and check with the server, as well. Our fryer oil is a canola blend.
Boat Parking: There is not currently any public boat parking in our vicinity. The closest location would be the Charleston Maritime Center about a mile up the Peninsula from us. On the other side of the Peninsula is City Marina. **The Cooper (the hotel currently under construction next door) is adding a marina facility with day boat parking!**
BYOB/Corkage: We allow you to bring in your own bottles of wine, as long as they are not on our wine list. There is a $15/bottle corkage fee.
Contact us: If immediate attention is needed (lost credit credit card/property, reservation request, menu questions, feedback, etc.), please call us at 843.722.8100. Although we try to respond to each email we receive, they reach our offsite office, and there may be a delay. Please note: as a result, we are unable to make reservations via email. If you don’t see the answer to your question on this page, please reach out!
Cruises: Looking for the cruise schedule for the terminal next door? Look no further; here it is!
Dogs/Pets: Due to DHEC regulations, we are not allowed to have dogs inside or outside, as they must come through the dining room to reach the outside areas. But we recommend bringfido.com as a great resource for finding places you can bring your furry friends anywhere! We are fully ADA compliant, however, and service animals (not support animals) are allowed.
Donation Requests: Please fill out the information on this form.

Holidays: We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and the evening of the Super Bowl. We also close for the occasional hurricane when Mother Nature’s got jokes and for a few days in January for much needed repairs and maintenance.
Hours: We serve lunch seven days a week from 11 am – 3:30 pm. Dinner is served seven days a week from 5 pm – 10 pm. Brunch is also served Sunday from 11 am – 3 pm. Our bar is open in between lunch and dinner.
Kids Menu: We have a kids menu for 12 and under: Grilled Cheese, Fried Shrimp, Pasta with Butter or Marinara, Fried Flounder, and Chicken Fingers. All menu items are served with French fries, but you can substitute other sides for a small charge.

Media Inquiries: Please email Sarah Nielsen in our marketing department.
Merchandise: We sell gift cards, t-shirts, Tervis tumblers, koozies, grits, and more! Please call the restaurant at 843.722.8100 to order or stop in and see us.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex) and cash. No checks. **We are unable to accept pre-paid gift cards, as they don’t allow us to verify the full amount. We are not affiliated with any time share programs (in particular, the local company known as BlueGreen) that give out gift cards or certificates and cannot accept their payment type.**

Reservations: We do take reservations and encourage you to make them several weeks in advance! Please visit our reservations page for more information and online booking.
Service Charge: A service charge of 20% may be applied to parties of six or more because large parties require a higher degree of attention to coordinate your service.
Smoking: Effective July 23, 2007, the City of Charleston’s Smoke-Free Ordinance requires all enclosed workplaces in the City to be smoke-free. In accordance, Fleet Landing does not allow smoking in either dining rooms or bars. You may smoke in front of the restaurant, at least 15 away from the main door. Please put your trash in the cigarette receptacles, not in the plants!
