Accessibility: We are fully ADA compliant. There is an entry ramp, both bathrooms are ADA-accessible, and the restaurant is all on one floor. **Currently, the sidewalk is under construction, but there is still a handicapped accessible walkway and ramp up to the building.**

Address: We are located at 186 Concord Street, Charleston, SC 29401 at the foot of Cumberland Street. We are a block from the end of the City Market, across the street from the Custom House, near Waterfront Park. **Currently, the building next to us is under construction, and the entrance to Fleet can be a little hard to find. Follow the signs and arrows to the walkway on the right side of the former parking lot!**

Allergies: We do our best to accommodate most allergy requests, but PLEASE make sure you let us know when you make a reservation, and check with the server, as well. Our fryer oil is a canola blend.

Boat Parking: There is not currently any public boat parking in our vicinity. The closest location would be the Charleston Maritime Center about a mile up the Peninsula from us. On the other side of the Peninsula is City Marina. **The Cooper (the hotel currently under construction next door) is adding a marina facility with day boat parking!**

Cruises: Looking for the cruise schedule for the terminal next door? Look no further; here it is! **Carnival Cruises are currently cancelled through October**

Dogs/Pets: Due to DHEC regulations, we are not allowed to have dogs on the decks, as they must come through the dining room to reach the outside areas. But we recommend bringfido.com as a great resource for find places you can bring your furry friends anywhere! We are fully ADA compliant, however, and service animals (not support animals) are allowed.

Dress code: Nice, casual, and we ask that men’s shirts have sleeves at dinner.

Happy Hour: We have Happy Hour at the bar Monday – Friday from 4-6! Our Deep Eddy Martinis & Virgil Kaine Manhattans are 7, Specialty Cocktails are 8, house wines are 5, local drafts are 5, non-local drafts are 4, well liquors are 4, and domestic bottles are 2.50. Don’t miss the best HH pricing with the best view in the city!

Holidays: We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We also close for the occasional hurricane when Mother Nature’s got jokes.

Hours: We serve lunch seven days a week from 11 am – 3:30 pm. Dinner is served seven days a week from 5 pm – 10 pm. Brunch is also served Saturday & Sunday from 11 am – 3 pm. Our bar is open in between lunch and dinner.

Kids Menu: We have a kids menu for 12 and under: Grilled Cheese, Fried Shrimp, Pasta with Butter or Marinara, Fried Flounder, and Chicken Fingers. All menu items are served with french fries, but you can substitute other sides for a small charge.

Large parties: Currently, due to COVID-19, the largest group that we are able to reserve for is eight guests.

Payments: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex) and cash. No checks. **We are unable to accept pre-paid gift cards, as they don’t allow us to verify the full amount. We are not affiliated with any time share programs (in particular BlueGreen) that give out gift cards or certificates and cannot accept their payment type.**

Private Events: With no private space and limited large tables, we aren’t able to accommodate groups of more than eight guests. We recommend the Charleston Wedding Guide as a great place to find a venue for any party!

Reservations: Advance reservations are strongly recommended (especially for nights and weekends), as we fill up several days out! For reservations, please click the reservations link or button. For groups of five-eight, please give us a call at 843.722.8100. If there is no availability on OpenTable, we are fully committed for reservations. We do maintain an in-house waitlist but ask that you be present to join. Due to social distancing guidelines, the largest party we can currently accommodate is eight guests. We can take reservations well into the future, so please give us a call when you know your plans!

Smoking: Effective July 23, 2007, the City of Charleston’s Smoke-Free Ordinance requires all enclosed workplaces in the City to be smoke-free. In accordance, Fleet Landing does not allow smoking at either dining rooms or bars. You may smoke in front of the restaurant, at least 15 away from the main door.

Straws: We are a Plastic-Reduction Partner with the SC Aquarium! Additionally, effective January 1, 2020, the City of Charleston’s Single-Use Plastics Guidelines Ordinance prohibits the use of single-use plastic straws in our restaurant. We offer reusable metal straws (for you to keep) at a cost of $0.50.

Takeout/Carryout: We do not do takeout at the moment.
