FAQs

***Parking: Parking is available in the garage across the street at the corner of Cumberland and Concord Streets. There are also several parking meters on Concord Street.

Accessibility: The Fleet Landing building is fully ADA compliant. There is an entry ramp, both bathrooms are ADA-accessible, and the restaurant is all on one floor.

Address: We are located at 186 Concord Street, Charleston, SC 29401 at the foot of Cumberland Street. We are a block from the end of the City Market, across the street from the Custom House, near Waterfront Park. **Currently, the building next to us is under construction, and the entrance to Fleet can be a little hard to find. Follow the signs and arrows to the walkway on the left side of the former parking lot!**

Allergies: We do our best to accommodate most allergy requests, but PLEASE make sure you let us know when you make a reservation. Our fryer oil is a canola blend. Concerning nut allergies: we have olive oil that we can use to cook fish, steak, chicken, and a variety of vegetables. Please convey your allergy to your server (not just asking to leave certain items off).

Boat Parking: There is not currently any public boat parking in our vicinity. The closest location would be the Charleston Maritime Center about a mile up the Peninsula from us. On the other side of the Peninsula is City Marina

BYOB/Corkage: We allow you to bring in your own bottles of wine, as long as they are not on our wine list. There is a $20/bottle corkage fee.

Contact us: If immediate attention is needed (lost credit credit card/property, reservation request, menu questions, feedback, etc.), please call us at 843.722.8100. Although we try to respond to each email we receive, they reach our offsite office, and there may be a delay. Please note: as a result, we are unable to make reservations via email. If you don’t see the answer to your question on this page, please reach out!

Cruises: Although the Carnival cruise line no longer operates from Charleston, there are a number of ports of call stops here – here is the calendar.

Dogs/Pets: Due to DHEC regulations, we are not allowed to have dogs inside or outside, as they must come through the dining room to reach the outside areas. But we recommend bringfido.com as a great resource for finding places you can bring your furry friends anywhere! We are fully ADA compliant, however, and service animals (not support animals) are allowed.

In accordance, Fleet Landing does not allow smoking in either dining rooms or bars. You may smoke in front of the restaurant, at least 15 away from the main door. Please put your trash in the cigarette receptacles, not in the plants!
