Fleet Landing is continuing our quarterly Friends of our Fish series highlighting our local seafood partners, giving each farmer/purveyor an opportunity to visit the restaurant and interact with guests at the Raw Bar (as well as tableside) to learn more about their product and impact on the local ecosystem.
Join us for the second installation in our series, where we’ll be featuring Chris John from CudaCo and sister company (and Fleet vendor) Oyster Point!
Chris will be on site at Fleet Landing Tuesday, June 24th from 4-6pm to speak with guests about his beautiful offerings. Purchase the Smoked Fish Dip and receive a complimentary Lowtide Brewing Three Fleets to the Wind draft beer ($15). Dressed oysters and all of our regular menu items will also be available.

What’s our mission at CudaCo? To give back to the ocean and sustain an industry at the same time. We work hard to ensure the highest-quality standards, while taking ultimate care in the way we handle fish. And by donating to local farms as much as possible, we help complete the zero-waste cycle. We work toward the lowest carbon footprint possible, and back that up by recycling oysters, culling & cleaning their shells to return small & tiny ones back to the habitat. “Zero waste” is our priority, as is using sustainable packaging in everything we produce. It’s central to our mission, and also a way of doing business that just feels good.
