Executive Chef Andy McLeod pulled inspiration from several old school Charleston cookbooks including “Caterin’ to Charleston” and “Seafood Recipes by South Carolina Shrimpers Association” and is excited to pair historic recipes with this uniquely preserved waterfront setting. “Fleet Landing brings Charleston’s layered past to life through food, storytelling, and setting!”

“We were approached by the South Carolina Historical Society about collaborating to celebrate the 250 anniversary, and a custom beer can resulted from those talks. We went through their archives to come up with a can design that represented them and the celebration. A portion of the proceeds from each case goes back to the Historical Society.”
