Our ideal server is someone available full-time with a minimum of two years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant. Fleet Landing provides the opportunity for high sales and earning potential in an energetic environment.

Expectations:
Training – up to two weeks in order to set one’s self up for successful and lucrative employment

Self-motivated and driven attitude to achieve satisfying sales and service goals for the guest, co-workers, and Fleet Landing
Execution of fine-dining level service etiquette in a casual environment
Willingness to learn about Lowcountry cuisine, sustainability, and industry standards to best serve and educate Fleet Landing guests
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and actively perform in a bustling indoor/outdoor environment for up to eight hours
