DESCRIPTION:Join us June 27-July 5 for a special prix-fixe menu inspired by old Charleston! \nAppetizer: Deviled Egg with Riddled Shrimp & Caviar \nBread: Classic Spoon Bread with Oyster Gravy & Crispy Shallot \nEntree: Seared Scallops in White Wine and Ramp Butter with Asparagus & a buttery Sally Lunn Roll \nExecutive Chef Andy McLeod pulled inspiration from several old school Charleston cookbooks including “Caterin’ to Charleston” and “Seafood Recipes by South Carolina Shrimpers Association” and is excited to pair historic recipes with this uniquely preserved waterfront setting. “Fleet Landing brings Charleston’s layered past to life through food\, storytelling\, and setting!” \nWe’re delighted to partner with Holy City Brewing to feature their Holy City Brewing SC250 Lager! \nChris with HCB writes:\n“We were approached by the South Carolina Historical Society about collaborating to celebrate the 250 anniversary\, and a custom beer can resulted from those talks. We went through their archives to come up with a can design that represented them and the celebration. A portion of the proceeds from each case goes back to the Historical Society.” \n \n
