Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to savor the flavors of our coastal cuisine alongside exceptional craft beer in a fun\, interactive evening. Each course will be introduced by a Holy City brewer and Chef Andy for a full-on culinary and brewing adventure. Check-in starts at 6:30 pm\, dinner at 7 pm. \nFirst Course – dressed oyster on beer shooter\, caviar-dressed deviled egg (Pilsner) \nSecond Course – snapper crudo\, winter citrus\, pickled green strawberries\, basil (Session) \nThird Course – braised short rib\, oyster kimchi\, bread bowl\, arugula (Oyster Stout) \nFourth Course – seared sea scallops\, crispy potato salad\, chow chow (Witbier) \nFifth Course – a sweet surprise (Sour IPA) \nTickets are $75/person plus a small Eventbrite fee.
